This is a short chakra meditation that is really relaxing as well as rejuvenating. In India the chakras are regarded as the main energy centers of the body. Think of them as pathways that promote harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. There are seven main chakras, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. These invisible wheels of energy keep us vibrant and healthy. The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga and breathwork this this term refers to wheels of energy throughout the body.
