Transformational Breath® is a self-healing technique that helps people to access the full potential of their respiratory system for better physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Transformational Breath® helps correct old, unhealthy breathing patterns and encourages a fuller, conscious breath.

The majority of the population only uses about 25% of their full capacity, so it’s no surprise that improper breathing is a contributor to ill health. As human beings, we retain emotional baggage within our bodies and, in doing so, we create physical, mental and emotional blockages.

Transformational Breath® helps to release the blockages and transform the energetic field.

At the beginning of the session, the client is lying down in a comfortable room. It’s important they feel safe and secure. The client will be observed on how he/she is currently breathing and asked questions about what they want to achieve.

It might be improving their asthma, or coping with panic or anxiety attacks. It might be letting go of unwanted emotions and releasing tensions that are deep within them. During the session acupressure will be used around the body, which catalyses the release of blocked energies. Also the client will work with movement, sound and affirmations.

The client can often feel a number of sensations, like tingling and numbness, and changes in temperature as well as emotional release. Each breathing session is unique so it’s best to come with an open mind and not to have expectation.

The first session usually lasts around 90 minutes, allowing to evaluate the client’s needs. Subsequent sessions last an hour. Clients are advised to come and between 3 – 5 times in order to be able to practice the techniques by themselves on a regular basis.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. You must advise of any changes 48 hours prior to the session or you will be charged the full amount.
