This is for people who have already been to a Transformational Breath® workshop or had a one-to-one session and would like to expand and continue to refresh their practice and learn more about this integrative breathing technique.
This monthly breathing circle will help to reconnect to the technique and encourage our daily practice which ultimately benefits us on a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level as we consciously breathe. There will be an opportunity to explore more advanced techniques and ask any questions that may come up about the practice.
